¿What is USMCA Park?

 

T-MEC Park is an industrial and logistics complex developed by E-Group, a leading company in the logistics and distribution sector in Mexico. This industrial park has more than 100 hectares of land in a strategic location, which allows easy access to the main highways and transportation routes of the country.

The objective of T-MEC Park is to provide comprehensive solutions for industry and transportation, offering a wide range of services ranging from the construction of industrial buildings to the provision of logistics and distribution services. With this, it seeks to support the growth of companies and improve their efficiency in the management of their logistics operations.

One of the most outstanding characteristics of T-MEC Park is its state-of-the-art infrastructure, which includes a wide range of services and advanced technologies. Among them, the merchandise loading and unloading facilities, the logistics platform, the distribution center and the truck and trailer fleet stand out.

Looking to consolidate the economic growth in the Estado México, T-MEC Park was announced by representatives of the developer E-Group and Governor Alfredo del Maza. The project, located in Nextlalpan and representing a total investment of 25-thousand million pesos, aims to generate 65-thousand new jobs and features a multimodal industrial and logistic park, with services and equipped for airport, railway, industrial, and commerce related activities.

Del Mazo assured that T-MEC Park complies with the Town Urban Development Plan of Nextlalpan as well with the Territorial Arrangement Planning of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport due to its proximity to the airport still in construction. These compliances help the project secure its way to become one of the most important multimodal complexes in Mexico.

During the event, Del Mazo recognized that the real estate industry – including the developers of industrial and logistics park – has been one of the crucial sectors for the recovery and solidification of the state post-pandemic.

Estado de México, whose capital city is Toluca, is one of the most industrialized zones in Mexico and serves cities such as Ciudad de México, Toluca, Querétaro, Puebla, Guanajuato, Guadalajara, Zapopan, Zacatecas, Durango, Gómez Palacio, Torreón, Saltillo, Monterrey, Chihuahua, Tampico, Tijuana, Mexicali, Hermosillo, Obregón, Los Mochis, Culiacán, Mazatlán y Tepic.
