Investment in Mazatlan, Real Estate Auguran a buoyant investment for 2013


A big investment is expected in Mazatlán in 2013

 

Chedraui looks for another branch, the interest of more departmental stores and the industry grows

Mazatlán, Sinaloa .- The developers Guild predicts a buoyant spill of investments for next year.

The president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) in Mazatlán, Ernesto Guzmán Gárate, emphasized that there is a "huge interest" of commercial and departmental companies to look for lots of two hectares in the city.

He said that Chedraui seeks to expand its offer with another branch, apart from the one already officially announced by the authorities.

He also said that another company similar to Liverpool also intends to settle in the port. 

The industry is not far behind. The director of the agency indicated that the same thing happens with the industrial sector, which has interest to develop logistics or commercialization plants.

He attributed the causes to the next operation of the Mazatlán-Durango super-highway, the Northern Economic Corridor and the announcement of the State Government with the megaproject of the gas pipeline.

-AMPI is coordinated throughout the state to develop a catalog of real estate aimed at the industrial sector.

-The project that until now is in draft seeks to take advantage of the opening of the Mazatlán-Durango highway.

- At the beginning of next year, it is foreseen to sign the agreement with the Secretariat of Economic Development (Sedeco).

-In the case of Mazatlán, the area to be promoted comprises the union of Villa Union to the colony Urias.
