HILTON WILL INAUGURATE A NEW DOUBLETREE HOTEL IN MAZATLÁN, SINALOA

 

Hilton, one of the most prestigious hotel brands in the world, announced the opening of its new DoubleTree by Hilton Mazatlán hotel. The hotel is located a few minutes away from the well-known Malecón and in the heart of the “Zona Dorada”, the well-known touristic neighborhood recognized by its big culinary, commercial, and nightlife offers.

 

According to the company, this brand-new hotel is the first Hilton property in the state of Sinaloa as well as the seventh one under the DoubleTree brand in Mexico. Jorge Giannatassio, Caribe and Latin America Senior VP and COO at Hilton, said that they are “delighted to welcome DoubleTree by Hilton Mazatlán as the newest Hilton property in this historic beach destination loved by both locals and tourists alike.” 

 

The hotel has 18 floors and 281 rooms – 67 junior suites, 13 single bedroom suites and 50 with double beds – providing spectacular views to both the ocean and the city of Mazatlán. Also, most rooms are equipped with balconies looking to the California Gulf or the range of the Sierra Madre Occidental (Western Mother Mountains) while every suite possesses wide living and dining areas.

 

The property also offers more than 370 m² for the organization of numerous events, distributed in three meeting rooms going from a small meeting room for 15 people to a main hall with a capacity of 200 guests. Other amenities that distinguish DoubleTree by Hilton Mazatlán are its two sea-view restaurants, a fully equipped gym open 24/7, four swimming pools, and direct entrance to Mazatlán’s beaches.

 

It’s important to emphasize that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DoubleTree by Hilton has adjusted some of its services and amenities to follow local health and safety guidelines.

 

“To prioritize our commitment to the health and safety of our guests, the property takes part of the Hilton Clean Stay program that assures better cleaning and disinfection standards,” claimed Giannatasio.

 

DoubleTree by Hilton Mazatlán is located on 905 Camarón Sábalo Avenue in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, just 18 miles away from the international airport.
