 "We have a boutique hotel in the Historic Center, with 50 rooms, a boutique hotel, very nice," he said.
The boutique hotel is located where the Mazatlan Liceo was, in one of the best corners of the Historic Center of Mazatlan, he said, and it is part of the projects that we want to promote.
In addition, next year will begin with the construction of a hotel of the Sheraton brand, which will be located within the grounds of Emerald Bay. A project of 200 rooms, with an estimated investment of 75 million dollars, he said, and that is contemplated as part of the expansion of the Pueblo Bonito hotels.
"And what is already in process, is the total remodeling of the Hotel Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, which will be remodeled in its entirety and will be very beautiful," he explained.
And in addition, there are the normal investments that are being made in Emerald Bay, he added, where every two years a new building of 30 to 50 rooms is built.
The hotel manager stressed that they have been betting on Mazatlan, as their ancestors have been doing since the 70s of the ancestor century.
