Assuring that this year Mazatlán will surpass the real estate boom of 2007, state Sectur head Francisco Cordova revealed that it is expected to close 2014 with investments in real estate developments in Mazatlan close to 400 million dollars 228 million pesos), almost twice as much as last year.

In the same tone, the Secretary confirmed that according to Fonatur information, the first hotel of the Integrally Planned Center Playa Espiritu, located in the town of Teacapán, Escuinapa, will be ready for next December.
