The Accor hotel chain will have an investment of 14 million dollars with the construction of 2 new IBIS Hotels in Sinaloa. One will be located in Culiacán and another in Los Mochis. The project is in charge of one of the main real estate developers in the western region of Mexico, which is GRUBSA that counts on CBRE's advice.

Ibis Culiacan and Ibis los Mochis are part of the growth plan that this chain has contemplated for Mexico, which aims to have 25 Accor hotels in operation or development in 2015.

At present, Accor Group has 13 units in operation in Mexico under the brands Novotel and ibis and two more endurance: the hotel ibis Mexico Alameda and the ibis Styles Mexico Zona Rosa hotel, both located in the Federal District.

This contributes to the growth of the group in Latin America, which currently has 215 hotels in the region and expects to reach 300 hotels in 2016.
