Investment in Mazatlán, is in the Top 10 of the American Cities of the Future

According to the London daily The Financial Times, which specializes in economic and prestigious issues globally and through the magazine FDI Intelligence, Mazatlan has entered the Top Ten of the americas cities of the future.

Although it is difficult to predict the future, this bi-monthly publication (April-May) seeks to identify cities with greater business opportunities and prosperity in the coming years, for which it classifies them into large, medium, small and micro cities. And it evaluates five categories: economic potential, infrastructure and facilities for doing business, human resources and cost effectiveness.

According to the study, which corresponds to the period 2013-2014, information was collected from 422 cities in Latin America.

Eighty in the middle cities range, among them Mazatlan is among the 10 with the highest economic expectation and profitability in the "Cost Effectiveness" segment.
