Inversion InterContinental Hotels Group seeks to invest in Sinaloa.

 

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) currently builds a Holiday Inn Express hotel in the city of Culiacan, a 100-room project that has invested $ 8 million.

Ríos Romo explained that this new lodging center will be inaugurated in July 2014 and will have the concept for the businessman who likes to have comfortable stays in luxury rooms and first class services.

IHG is a consortium that builds hotels in many countries of the world for franchises such as Holiday Inn, Hualuxe Hotel & Resorts, Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts, Indigo Hotel, Even Hotels, Candlewood Suites and Staybridge Suites.

The Regional Vice President of Franchising and Operations at IHG indicated that the international company is very interested in continuing to invest in Sinaloa in the development of Real Estate in Mazatlan as the entity is experiencing a rebound in its economy and the infrastructure that is being Developing for businessman and for tourism.

"The investment that is being made in Mazatlán is being noticed a lot, the roads are well in conditions, very passable throughout the state. We have seen the recovery in Mazatlan and it is time to invest in Sinaloa, "he said.
