The project "Ventana Mazatlán" was presented by authorities of the municipality of Elota and businessmen to the Secretary of Tourism Marco Antonio García Castro. It will be developed on a plot of 300 hectares of the Celestino Gasca and Ceuta Beach, which includes 3 5 star hotels, a golf course and 1,500 condominiums.

Mayor Ángel Escobar Manjarrez presented the progress of this project, as well as the entrepreneur Wayne Parck and a group of entrepreneurs, explained the purpose of "Ventana Mazatlán" which is to extend the port in the housing and development environment tourist. With the added benefit of having access to two first-class roads.

The Secretary of Tourism recalled that there are many areas of opportunity to increase the economy in Elota, such as the Tortuguero Field in Playa Ceuta.
