Investments in Mazatlán. Two more hotels will be built.

 

Investors in North America are interested in investing in 2 new hotels in Mazatlan. The construction of these two new four and five star hotels was announced with a total of 227.7 million pesos invested.

In an interview with investors Stephen B Allgood President of AB Hospitality and Michael D. Foley President of MDF Companies confirmed the construction of these works that will strengthen tourism in Mazatlan and the Development of Real Estate in Mazatlan.

Both properties will be built in a beach area, north of the port, to where the State Government has committed to build new access roads of approximately 8 kilometers to extend tourism in this area and Increase the Real Estate Offer in Mazatlan in that area

The AB Hospitality Group plans to invest 127 million pesos in the construction of 400 hotel rooms and 40 luxury penthouses in three phases, along 220 meters of beach, which will be called Playa Zafiro.

MDF Group Companies will invest 12 million dollars in a luxury hotel in Nuevo Mazatlán, also to the north of the city.
