It will be possible to inaugurate the first 120 rooms of a hotel and condohotel in the Center Completely Planned (CIP) Playa Espiritu de Sinaloa announcement Fonatur.

The director general of the agency, Héctor Gómez Barraza, said that after re-evaluating the initial project of 2010 in which it was planned to build 40 thousand rooms, only 25 percent of the land initially available would be exploited.
