"The market is divided into segments, social housing that always has demand and that has helped a lot because the amount of credit increased, and many outsiders are interested in developing departments, right now what we are finding is that prices are high for developers, we are at the height of Cancun, then we must be aware of being able to measure ourselves to continue the development, "said the president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals Cristina Velarde Tirado.
In the 2017 Real Estate Forum held on November 24 at the Convention Center he assured that Mazatlan is being seen as a "spiraling" destination, consolidating its rise.
"We have a large surplus value, people want to come, we have visitors who could not believe, this has to be disclosed, it is a jewel, part of that boom that we are living and the economic impact of the real estate activity affects families "he commented.
"This year the real estate activity has grown by 30 percent compared to last year, in the same period." Assured Cristina Velarde Tirado.
During the forum, he focused his message on the urgency of training the union members to improve service quality.
Projects and investment
Raúl Llera Martínez, Secretary of Economic Development of Mazatlan, coincided with the real estate growth in Mazatlan.

He revealed that among the future projects to highlight the construction of a second hotel of the Holiday Inn chain and one of the Madison Marriot chain is under construction on Gaviotas Avenue, and another is in Sabalo Cerritos.
"What we bring right now is about 5 thousand 700 million pesos, to the extent that the demand for labor is already giving participation to municipalities of Rosario and Concordia."
