And they are to contract another 2 thousand people, nothing more for the first section of the gas pipeline ", he detailed.

"They are going to come about 100 people from outside, but all the others are going to be Sinaloans, that we are going to enable them, that we are going to teach them a new office.

"The first phase of Topolobampo must be completed by July 2015," he said. The project is carried out by the Federal Electricity Commission and the company Transcanada, which won the tender for the construction of the gas pipeline, which in turn subcontracted three more constructors.
